Children are invited to join Children's Chapel during the 10:30 service, returning in time for the peace. Children participate in a lesson, a craft or a service project. The children have decorated Thanksgiving Bags for our food distribution, made Epiphany Crowns and pack snack bags for those in need, in addition to many other fun and devotional activities.
Child care for younger children is available during the 10:30 service. Ask an usher for directions!
Summer Youth Fellowship and Fun
This new summer program for children in grades Pre-K through 5th grade is in partnership with St. Andrews Episcopal Church and First Presbyterian Church. Fun with new and old friends!
Gatekeepers Workcamp July 7 - 12, 2024
The Mission of Gatekeepers Workcamp is to provide a hands-on, Christian mission experience for rising 7th through 12th graders in an ecumenical setting, and to provide free repairs for homeowners who are unable to maintain their homes because of financial or physical limitations. As they are exposed to the needs of their community, the young people participating will become involved in the lives of others, especially those different from themselves. If you have any questions or would like more information, contact Brenning Daughtridge. Also, as a church we have to provide at least one adult per six youth participants. If you are an adult who is interested in volunteering for the week, please let Brenning know (it’s great if you have special skills but not required)
