Convocation-wide Ski Trip to Wintergreen, VA on February 6-7, 2009

Registration: December 1- January 5; Cost is $85

Late registration: January 6 - 20, 2009; cost is $110

Our annual ski trip is going to look a little different this year. We will join with the other Episcopal Church youth groups in the area to go to Wintergreen, VA for a day of skiing, after we spend the night here at Good Shepherd for a convocation-wide lock-in!

Here's how it will work: we will all meet here at Good Shepherd and have a lock-in with pizza and movies and snacks and games, Friday night, February 6.

We will then get up at 4:00am (that's right, 4:00 in the morning) on Saturday to be ready to hit the road and be on the slopes  by 9:00am. We will ski all day, and then head back to Rocky Mount that evening.

The cost for the trip will be $85 if you register by January 5; after January 5 the cost will be $110. In addition, you will need to bring money for lunch on the slopes and dinner at a fast food place for the way home.
