For two weeks the Rev. Floyd Gibson "Banjo" visited here in Rocky Mount at Good Shepherd. Banjo is a deacon at San Marco Episcopal Church in Limon, Costa Rica.  Banjo shadowed the clergy of Good Shepherd, took part in our Sunday and Wednesday services, was entertained by members, was part of the Good Shepherd staff retreat, assisted in a burial service and much more.  We received from Banjo so much more as well including is humor, love and joy.  This is all part of our continuing development of our relationship with the Episcopal Diocese of Costa Rica and our own growth in the journey of becoming more like the people God desires us to be.
