2008 Vacation Bible School was a huge success with some 30 students from Good Shepherd, along with some 10 teachers and 5 youth helpers.  In all there were 115 students at vacation bible school and it took some 75 adult leaders to pull it all off.  In addition, the children gave just about $1000 in offerings to go to the work of United Community Ministries and most especially their food pantry.  On the last day of the week everyone brought some canned goods as well.
