Pilates Mat Exercises Workshop

To increase abdominal strenth, tone body muscles, improve flexibility and Balance, Improve Posture, Learn Breathing Techniques with Exercising (no experience nessessary).  A recommended donation of $8.00 will be collected for the class, a portion of which goes to the ministry of the church.  Offered by Purvi Desai, Physical Therapist, certified in Pilates Mat classes, Day School Parent.  Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing
